(1) CA with 3-5 years of Post Qualification Experience to handle our Finance and Compliance part of the business.

(2) Familiarity with E-Commerce business will be added to advantage.

(3) He should be well conversant with Taxation and Compliance relation laws like GST, TDS...etc.

(4) Should have experience in Finalization of Accounts and Audit management.

(5) Ability to create SOPs for various Accounting Processes and implement cost controls.

(6) Analyze costs for each vertical and incur costs on Zero Based Approach.

(7) Lead of team of people to manage Accounting package and deliver uptodate book keeping records.

(8) Create Compliance Checklist and ensure all compliance KPIs are met.

(9) Should be able to participate actively in Management Decisions and interact with HQ on daily basis.

(10) Understand the expectations of Management and implement the programs to achieve the desired goals.
