Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Presales Executive (Real Estate) to join our team at A2 Digi Solution. As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales for our real estate services. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with an experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, pricing, and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demonstrate the value of our real estate services.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
- Understand clients' real estate needs and provide them wit solutions to meet their requirements.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
