This full-time role involves managing budgeting, vendor management, and analytical tasks, particularly related to tendering processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, along with proficiency in mail drafting.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in budgeting processes to effectively manage and maintain project costs.
  • Proficient in vendor management to handle negotiations, contracts, and relationships with suppliers.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings and design specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, cost analysis, and data management.
  • Experience in tendering processes, including preparation of request for proposals, evaluation of bids, and coordination of tender activities.
  • Excellent mail drafting skills for clear, professional, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Analyze project requirements and estimate costs to create competitive and profitable bids.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate quotations and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving measures.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD for project planning and execution.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of bid proposals and assist in the selection process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through professional mail drafting.
  • Continuously review and improve tendering and costing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
