Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in budgeting processes to effectively manage and maintain project costs.
- Proficient in vendor management to handle negotiations, contracts, and relationships with suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating detailed technical drawings and design specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, cost analysis, and data management.
- Experience in tendering processes, including preparation of request for proposals, evaluation of bids, and coordination of tender activities.
- Excellent mail drafting skills for clear, professional, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage tender documents, ensuring all submissions are completed accurately and on time.
- Analyze project requirements and estimate costs to create competitive and profitable bids.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain accurate quotations and negotiate favorable terms.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, monitoring expenditures and identifying cost-saving measures.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD for project planning and execution.
- Conduct thorough analysis of bid proposals and assist in the selection process.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders through professional mail drafting.
- Continuously review and improve tendering and costing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
