Job Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Manager/Marketing Engineer to join our team at THETA Controls. As a Marketing Manager/Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our virtual assistant services. This is a full-time position based in Palghar, Maharashtra, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in the virtual assistant industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing (excluding Sales) is essential.
  • Experience in designing and executing Brochures/Point of Sale (POS) materials is a valuable addition.
  • Familiarity with online selling and the implementation of websites is a positive attribute.
  • Proficiency in tools such as CorelDraw and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Please note that owning a two-wheeler is a requirement.
