Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for diverse positions within the company.

Sourcing Strategies: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and outcomes in the applicant tracking system.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
