Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior CNC Operator based in Bengaluru to join our dynamic team. As a full-time position, the role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in CNC machine operation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in tooling setup and possess strong problem-solving capabilities, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient machine operation. Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma/ITI
• CNC machine operation (Mandatory skill): Responsible for machine Bending, setup, calibration, and operation to produce parts according to specifications.
• Tooling setup (Mandatory skill): Ability to effectively set up tooling and ensure the smooth running of manufacturing processes.
• Problem solving (Mandatory skill): Strong capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during CNC operations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Blueprint reading: Competence in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to execute machining tasks accurately.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements and technical drawings.
• Conduct tooling setup and adjustments to ensure efficiency and precision during operations.
• Maintain quality standards by performing regular quality checks and adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Document production activities, maintenances, and any issues encountered during operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and durability.
