Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mid-Level CNC Bending Specialist to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CNC Programming and AutoCAD, with a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality execution of metal bending tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in CNC Programming (Mandatory skill)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AutoCAD (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in metal fabrication techniques and processes with detailed understanding
- Skilled in operating bending machines and other related equipment efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control measures in metal fabrication
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in all tasks
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Program CNC bending machines using provided software to meet specified design and production requirements
- Set up and operate CNC bending machines to perform various bending tasks on metal workpieces
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC bending equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize production processes and achieve desired outcomes
- Maintain accurate production records, including timesheets, machine settings, and maintenance logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology and metal fabrication techniques
