• Lead generation / Referrals/ Offering Test Drives to customers
• Monitor Sales and ensure the required growth nearby city.
• Regularly review the performance of team members and impart training as required.
• Track Competition & their activities.
• Inventory planning & ordering of the team
• Warehouse Management.
• Organize sales promotional activities along with team members.
• Sales: Cars/ Accessories/ Exchange / Finance / Insurance / Loyalty Card
• Post Sales responsibility: Delivery / Service – Understands Customer’s requirement for finance and
Guides Customer on options/ documentation based on his profile.
Requirements -
- At least 1 year sales experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Valid 4 Wheeler License
- Must be a Graduate
