Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at 7 Apple Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service, managing reservations, and supervising the front office staff. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Knowledge of WINHMS software or similar property management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle 88 rooms inventory effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare and analyze reports.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
- Familiarity with the Jaipur market and local hospitality industry.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training and supervising front office staff.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
- Manage and update room availability and rates in the property management system.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze front office reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the local market.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and guests.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Train and develop front office staff to provide excellent service and meet performance goals.
