Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate employee growth.
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Address and resolve day-to-day employee grievances promptly and effectively.
• Manage routine HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in IT recruitment.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement and performance management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies.
