Role: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various IT projects and coordinate with our clients and developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from conception to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Coordinate with the internal team for the flawless execution of projects.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate project updates to Director.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Evaluate and assess project outcomes, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing IT projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
