• Proficiency in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
• Expertise in lead generation and prospecting new clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction (Mandatory skill)
• Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify potential project opportunities
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and client needs
• Skill in writing compelling proposals to attract and secure client projects
