What do we need from your end?

● Publisher Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers. This involves regular communication, negotiations, and conflict resolution.

● Inventory Optimization: Manage the supply of ad inventory to ensure it meets the demand of advertisers while maximizing revenue for the company.

● Onboarding Publishers: Identify potential publishers to partner with and facilitate the onboarding process. This includes negotiating terms, contracts, and technical integration.

● Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of publisher placements and ad inventory. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the supply.

● Revenue Maximization: Develop strategies to maximize revenue from the publisher's ad inventory, such as implementing header bidding, optimizing ad formats, and exploring new revenue streams.

● Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align publisher strategies with company goals and product development.

● Adoption of New Technologies: Stay current with emerging advertising technologies and programmatic advertising trends and integrate them into supply-side operations where relevant.


Requirements

● A go-getter who knows how to get things done.

● Basic technical understanding of ad tech.

● Experience in advertising or account management

● Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects efficiently.

● Over and above - strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands on.
