What do we need from your end?

● Campaign & Project Management: Oversee the execution of Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and performance optimization.

● Client Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring KPIs are met.

● Team & Resource Allocation: Manage contract resources, ad operations, and tech teams to ensure efficient campaign execution.

● Budget & Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign budgets, optimize costs, and track lead acquisition efficiency.

● Technology & Platform Integration: Ensure proper implementation of ad tech platforms, CRM tools, and lead tracking systems.

● Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations like GDPR/CCPA and mitigate data privacy risks.

● Optimization & Reporting: Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements

● 2-3 of experience in digital marketing, AdTech, or performance marketing with a focus on CPL

(Cost-Per-Lead) campaigns.

● Proven track record in campaign execution, ad operations, and client delivery.

● Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, or performance-based marketing.
