2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Indian and international clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs, goals, and expectations.

3. Performance Analysis: Analyse affiliate marketing campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

4. Creative Strategy: Develop innovative and engaging marketing strategies to capture and engage target audiences, fostering brand awareness and driving user acquisition.

5. Reporting: Create comprehensive campaign reports, showcasing key performance metrics and outlining the impact of affiliate marketing initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new affiliates and partners to expand the affiliate network and leverage their capabilities to drive results.

7. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with affiliate marketing guidelines, policies, and regulations, both for the company and its clients.

8. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI and track campaign expenses.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

1. Experience: You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns.

2. Technical Knowledge: You possess in-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms like Hasoffer, Trackier, or Affise, enabling you to effectively manage and optimize campaigns.

3. Client Handling: Your experience in handling both Indian and international clients showcase your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Analytical Skills: Your strong analytical skills empower you to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.

5. Communication: Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to present campaign strategies and results to clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
