Administrative Support:

· Organize and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, messages).

· Taking meetings with internal teams or consultants in absence of MD.

Project Management:

· Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives.

· Monitor project timelines and deliverables.

· Maintain records and documentation related to project progress.

Communication:

· Serve as a point of contact between MD and employees/customers.

· Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of MD.

· 3-Facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Travel Coordination

· Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

· Ensure travel compliance.

· Prepare travel-related documents and manage travel expenses.

Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and investors.

· Assist in network development and outreach efforts.

· Coordinate and organize events or meetings to strengthen connections.

Financial Administration:

· Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.

· Manage invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.

· Collaborate with finance teams for financial planning needs.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

· Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

· Maintain privacy in communications and records.

· Adhere to company policies related to privacy and data protection.

Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency.

· Stay updated with industry best practices and tools for executive assistance.

· Participate in training and development to enhance skill sets.
