We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to join our team. The primary role is to manage calls professionally, handle customer queries, and assist in promoting the company’s products or services. You will also be required to make outbound calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, or gather information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Provide product or service information, answer questions, and resolve any customer issues.
• Update and maintain customer records with accurate information.
• Generate and nurture leads to convert them into potential customers.
• Follow communication scripts and use persuasive techniques to engage customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Schedule appointments for sales teams or technical consultations.
• Maintain call logs and report customer feedback to the management.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and KPIs set by the management.
