• Effectively source, interview, and select applicants for technical positions.

• Ability to understand and capture client IT specific requirements.

• Perform resume searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using the Internet, referrals, networking, colleges, advertising, association memberships, trade groups, etc.

• Handle the walk-in drive individually.

• Create a different type of reports in excel & stakeholder mgmt

• Correctly list job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.

• Efficiently call applicants and perform phone screens.

• Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.

• Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.

• Negotiate salary and benefits.

• Meet established individual and team goals that will contribute to the accomplishment of the annual business plan.

• Establish and maintain relationships with consultants to maintain the talent pool.

• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
