Experience : 0.6 to 2 yrs

Roles & responsibilities:

• Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment mainly for International Clients.
• Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions
• Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.
• Sourcing candidates as per JDs provided by the clients.
• Extensive Hands-on knowledge in using various job portals, especially Naukri, and capitalizing on social media platforms like LinkedIn, FB, etc. to build a strong pipeline of candidates

Requirements

• Excellent in English communication both verbal and written
• Is comfortable with High target chasing monthly.
• Has done recruitment for various Non-IT profiles (except BPO hiring)
• Well-versed with the entire recruitment cycle
