Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced International Non Voice Processing professional to join our team at 24/7.ai. As part of our customer engagement solutions, you will be responsible for delivering personalized and predictive customer experiences across multiple channels. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in international non-voice processing or customer support.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in using email and other communication tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Handle non-voice customer interactions and provide efficient and effective solutions.
  • Interact with customers via email and other written communication channels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries and issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to resolve customer concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for data privacy and security.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or supervisors.
