Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in a similar non voice role for 4-6 years
  • Familiarity with BPO industry processes and practices
  • Proficient in cold calling and handling customer objections
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Execute non voice processes accurately and within defined turnaround time
  • Handle customer requests and resolve issues via email, chat, or other non voice channels
  • Maintain high quality standards in all non voice interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with data security guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and solve customer issues
