Implementation:

- Lead end to end implementation for the client – from planning, requirement gathering,

project management, implementation, to completion of deliverables and ensuring

creative /technical success.

- Prepare a comprehensive project plan for implementation

- Help create a structured solution to implement SAP Concur tool for clients by

understanding client requirements and business problems (at a minimum Expense,

Request, Budget, and Invoice Module) and its integration with other systems

- Develop recommendations for clients around "best practices" based on prior

experiences and effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues under unique/stressful

circumstances or integration/software/hardware issues

- Create customized reports, if required, in Query and Report Studio

- Configure at a macro level as well as specific features and functionality at a module

level

- Write Test Plans for Technical Design Specifications and Write Technical Design

Specifications and Functional Design Specifications based on client requirements that

are not within the boundaries of the core Concur Expense Module

- Monitor import/export in Concur job scheduling in Concur for auto updating master

data, cost center creation and payment processing

Qualifications

o Postgraduate or Graduate

o Completed 5+ SAP Concur implementations

o SAP Concur certified/trained professional for Expense and Invoice Module at a minimum

o Prior experience of:

 Working on Concur implementation projects for Expense, Request, Invoice modules,

integrations for large and medium sized organisations and global roll outs.

 Localization and customization as per client requirements

 Creating customized reports in Query and Report Studies

 Tax and local/regulatory configurations

 Knowledge transfer, working on Test and Production System, cutover and Go Live

activities, and hand over of all process documents.

 Doing client demos including customizing the presentation to client needs

 Project planning and customer solutioning conversations

 Preparation of effort estimates for client deliveries

 Concur support activities

 End user trainings

 Demonstrating Proof of Concept for clients

 Solving master data/integration related issues faced at the time of implementation

o Should have had unrestricted access to the Concur system on implementation projects.

o Should have knowledge on the integration requirements at the time of implementation to

pull data

o Strong project management skills and proven experience managing teams, complex projects

and multiple stakeholders, ability to prioritize many competing needs.

o Demonstrate functional understanding of the technology solutions and their impact on

operating models, process and organizational structure and the ability to add insights to

client conversations

o Excellent collaboration and communication skills to interact regularly with other strategists,

technical subject matter experts and business owners at various organizational levels.

o Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.

o Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.

o Should also be well versed with MS office tools.

o Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues and should have

fluency in written & verbal English.
