Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Java Microservices Developer for immediate joining at 21st Century Global Services. This full-time position is based in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in developing and implementing microservices architecture, particularly with Java 8+.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Java 8+ (Mandatory skill) with experience in developing scalable applications.
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture (Mandatory skill) and implementation across various platforms.
• Strong understanding of Apache Kafka (Mandatory skill) and its integration into microservices environments.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, utilizing it to build robust server-side applications.
• Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management in cloud environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines to enhance agile operations and improve deployment strategies.
• Experience with Kafka for stream-processing and broadcasting events across services.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Java-based microservices to ensure scalability and performance.
• Design and implement reliable, fault-tolerant solutions for complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a timely fashion.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes and improve product delivery efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Monitor and manage application performance and ensure service reliability and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to microservices deployments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies to enhance development processes.
