Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Java Backend Developer with expertise in Microservices to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a Full-Time position responsible for developing and optimizing backend systems using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with Java and Microservices, and will be passionate about building scalable applications within an agile environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• A strong command of Java 17, ensuring alignment with the latest industry practices and features for optimal application performance.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, crucial for establishing seamless communication between services in distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, facilitating efficient containerization and deployment of applications across diverse environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications, ensuring reliable scaling, and management of services.
• Proven ability to work with CI/CD pipelines, automating the integration and deployment processes for enhanced productivity and code integrity.
• Must have expertise in Spring Boot (Mandatory skill), essential for building robust, production-ready applications with ease.
• Extensive knowledge in Microservices architecture (Mandatory skill), necessary for developing scalable, maintainable, and distributed backend systems.
• Experience with Apache Kafka (Mandatory skill) to efficiently handle real-time data streaming and inter-service messaging.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend systems utilizing Java 17 and Microservices architecture to support various applications.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration and communication between services and applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
• Maintain and optimize existing systems, ensuring peak performance, robustness, and adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to automate the setup, deployment, and scaling of applications across various environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline and enhance the software development lifecycle, from code integration to deployment.
• Leverage Apache Kafka to manage data related tasks such as real-time data streaming and communication between different microservices.
• Proactively identify and address potential technical and performance issues, implementing solutions promptly to ensure seamless execution.
