CTC Range: 1.5 lac (Min) – 3 lacs (Max)
Hike Percentage: up to 15%-20% on last Fixed CTC

1. Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Supplying accurate and timely information about our insurance products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
3. Resolving customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently, always striving for customer service excellence.
4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience.
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using contact management tools and CRM software.
6. Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.
