Job Overview:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and providing product or service-related information. You will use your communication skills and customer-centric approach to deliver outstanding support.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.  

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.  

- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.  

- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary.  

- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.  

- Contribute to team performance and support business goals.


Key Requirements:

- Fluency in English: Must meet Vasant 6 level or above.  

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.  

- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.  

- Motor Insurance Backround  

- Previous experience in customer service roles and any Insurance backround
