Key responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will need to perform the following tasks and responsibilities regularly:

 Opportunity identification. Research and identify new business opportunities,

 Client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with new

and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term

partnerships.

 Strategic planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue,

expand market presence, and achieve business goals.

 Market research. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends

and identify potential areas for business growth.

 Sales strategy. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies

that drive business development and achieve sales targets.

 Partnership development. Identify and cultivate partnerships with other companies to

expand the company’s reach and capabilities.

 Reporting and analysis. Regularly review and report on business development

activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

To be considered, there are certain qualifications we’d like to see in our candidates:

 Proven experience as a business development manager or in a similar role.

 Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship

management.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term

partnerships.

 Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.

 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

 Proficiency in CRM software, market analysis tools, and business development

platforms.

 A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

decisions.
