Experience: 

• App Development: Designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps. This involves creating user interfaces, defining data sources, and implementing logic and workflows. 
• Canvas and Model-Driven Apps: Building both canvas apps (where design flexibility is high, and users can create the layout freely) and model-driven apps (more structured apps that use existing data models and components). 
• Data Integration: Connecting Power Apps to various data sources, such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, Excel, or other cloud-based and on-premises data sources. 
• UI/UX Design: Creating user-friendly interfaces by designing screens, forms, and controls that align with user requirements and ensure a smooth user experience. 
• Automation: Implementing automation and workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) within Power Apps to streamline business processes and trigger actions based on specific events or data changes. 
• Customization and Configuration: Customizing apps based on business needs, configuring security settings, roles, permissions, and ensuring scalability and performance of the applications. 
• Testing and Debugging: Performing thorough testing of developed apps to identify and resolve bugs, ensuring functionality and reliability before deployment. 
• Documentation and Training: Creating documentation, guidelines, and user manuals for developed apps and providing training or support to end-users. 
• Integration with Power Platform: Collaborating with other Microsoft Power Platform components like Power BI (for analytics) and Power Automate (for workflows) to create comprehensive solutions. 
• Understanding of Power Apps Ecosystem: Keeping up to date with new features, updates, and best practices within the Power Apps ecosystem. 
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and DMS fundamentals. 
• Develop & customize sites, lists, libraries and SPFX, ReactJS components for SharePoint. 
• Should have experience with SPFx Development tools like Visual Studio Code Gulp Yeoman 
• Developing custom web parts and component for SharePoint 
• Develop & Document Technical Solutions using SharePoint platform 
• Experience in SharePoint Online Power Platform and O365 
• Should have Expertise in Net Web Services Web APIs Development and integration with M365 
• Should have good understanding and hands on of HTML HTML5 CSS Bootstrap 
• Should have experience in SharePoint JSOM CSOM Rest API 
• SharePoint Online Management Shell, PnP PowerShell module 
• SharePoint Online Customization Options and Administration 
• SharePoint Online Performance Administration 
• Understanding of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and how to configure SharePoint Online to use them 
• Exposure to SharePoint Online Tenant, Site Collection and Site Level Administration 
• Exposure to PowerApps Flow, SharePoint Designer applications 
• Exposure to Azure will be an Added advantage which includes Azure Service Azure DB Graph APIs 
• Must Troubleshooting SharePoint L1, L2 issues 
• Must Have Providing Root Cause Analysis for SharePoint incidents Writing SharePoint Standard Operational Documentation for SharePoint 
• Manage/Create Portals and associated personal portal sites 
• Troubleshoot functional and technical incidents occurring within SharePoint and O365 
• Perform corrective SharePoint administration, configuration and maintenance as required 
• Implement and modify navigational and aesthetic changes to SharePoint pages as directed 
• Ensure solutions require minimal training to the end user while maintaining high reliability and usability 
• Maintain technical documentation that supports the systems 
• Knowledge on Microsoft SQL administration and troubleshooting would be desirable 

Skills 

• 4-5 years of experience in PowerApps and Power Automate Development. 
• 3-4 Years of experience in SPFx Development 
• SharePoint Online Power Platform and O365 
• Added Advantage of having knowledge on Azure & Python
