Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Informatica Developer for a full-time, hybrid position based in Pune. This role involves working with advanced mainframe systems to develop, maintain, and support business applications. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of work experience in mainframe development, utilizing skills in COBOL, Informatica, and DB2, and will contribute to our innovative projects while working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in COBOL programming, DB2, and Informatica (Mandatory skills) to develop and manage complex mainframe solutions.
• Experience with Job Control Language (JCL) for executing jobs on mainframe systems, ensuring efficient job scheduling and management.
• Knowledge of VSAM (Virtual Storage Access Method) for file management in mainframe applications, enabling high-performance data storage and retrieval.
• Familiarity with Customer Information Control System (CICS) for designing and maintaining transaction processing systems.
• Skills in mainframe debugging techniques to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Expertise in mainframe security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity against potential threats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote team interactions for maximum productivity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.
