Job Description:
- Sales responsibilities include selling shops, offices, and showrooms, as well as renting these properties.
- Identify new clients and end users for property sales and rentals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.
- Present products or services to potential customers.
- Build relationships with key customers.
- Keep stakeholders updated on the latest products.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Expand the customer and broker database.
- Understand individual customer needs and address them.
- Collaborate with the management team on campaigns.
- Conduct police verifications for rental properties.
- Perform joint inspections of properties.
- Prepare LOIs and offer letters.
- Hand over possession to customers.
- Manage flats on lease and license.
- Address complaints related to leakages and repairs.
- Follow up with accounts for deposit refunds and deductions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with teams like marketing and customer support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for growth and revenue.
- Organize strategic planning meetings with managers.
