Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and integrate core components into the desktop build environment.

Conduct requirements-gathering using internal and external data from lines of business (LOBs).

Work directly with the development build engineering team to assist with the integration of core applications such as Office 365, Browsers, Acrobat, etc.

Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved.

Collaborate on proof-of-concepts, pilots, minimum viable products, business cases, and quality control.

Partner with other IT teams to enable and drive the deployment of AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to engineer, test and deploy complex applications into a cloud environment.

Strong knowledge of integrating MS Office, Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, Accessibility tools, etc. into various physical and virtual platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with application engineering, testing, packaging and deployment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud, App-V & Numecent application virtualization expertise in Active Directory, Scripting and Group Policy Objects.

Familiarity with Microsoft AI capabilities and their deployment strategy.

Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures. Experience with Application lifecycle management.
