JD Details:

• Utilize a UBS custom tailored application deployment framework (EUPS) to deliver Application Releases into the enterprise environment, most are packaged as AppV, Numecent, or MSI packages.

• Deliver new or updated application releases that target over 100’000 users and over 20’000 physical machines.

• Collaborate locally within a team of up to five individuals in India, and work remotely with team members in Switzerland and USA.

• Deploy UBS packaged applications world-wide by following predefined Operating Procedures

• Run quality checks and reports of the Application Inventory

• Troubleshoot Application Deployment Issues (work on Support Queue)

• Presence during Swiss or UK working hours required to deploy software aftermarket hours.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience with Packaging and Application Deployment in an enterprise environment

• Experience working globally across regions and time zones.

• Ability to learn new application deployment tools and technologies, to improve existing processes and automation.

• Experience and understanding of Application Dependencies

• Understanding of SQL Databases and SQL Database Triggers is preferred.

• Good understanding of MSI and AppV software installation / assignment technologies.

• Good communication skills
