We are seeking a mid-level Product Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore Urban.   • Technical troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software and hardware products.
  • Problem solving: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly.
  • Software debugging: Proficiency in debugging software to find and fix errors that affect functionality and performance.
  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of the product to provide accurate and efficient support.
  • Ticket management: Experience in managing customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining detailed records.
  • Documentation: Ability to document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps clearly and comprehensively for future reference and team use.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems reported by clients efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and solutions.
  • Identify patterns in support requests to suggest improvements in product features and customer service processes.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure the product meets specified requirements and standards.
