Job Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills to efficiently manage front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring they are comfortable and directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing phone calls, including answering, screening, and forwarding calls, as well as taking and relaying messages.
- Handling daily mail and package deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the relevant individuals.
- Maintaining the reception area in a neat and organized manner, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support, including preparing letters, emails, and documents as needed.
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Updating and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Performing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support office operations.
