We are looking for an event award selling executive can increase the sales of the company and convert sales leads into paid customers.
Event Award Selling Executive responsibilities include:
• To convert sales leads into paying customers.
• Your Job is to drive revenue by converting potential customers into paying customers through your sales skills and expertise.
• Developing a sales strategy to effectively reach out to businesses and pitch the value of awards.
• Presenting the benefits of awards, such as increased brand recognition, industry credibility, employee morale, networking opportunities.
• Approach potential businessmen and entrepreneurs who may benefit from receiving awards for their achievements & highlighting the value of brand.
• Conducting market research to understand the needs, preferences, and motivations of businessmen and entrepreneurs when it comes to awards.
• Cold calling and following up with leads to generate interest & Negotiating pricing with clients to secure sales and close deals with mutual satisfaction.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job scope.
Requirements and skills:
• Graduate & Post Graduate degree in Event Sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Fast Lerner & passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
