Counselor - Job Role (NIFM)

Position: Education Counselor

Location: NIFM (National Institute of Financial Markets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective students about NIFM’s financial courses (Stock Market, Financial Accounting, etc.).
• Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing course details and benefits.
• Assist students in selecting the right course based on their career goals.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain student records and provide post-enrollment support.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of financial markets and education industry preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
